[as mouse is known to be the greediest animal]

All Along this was happening the moon who was shining bright in the night sky , saw Ganesha falling down on the ground and laughed uncontrollably infuriated by this slur, Lord Ganesha broke off his left tusk ( Tooth) and threw it to the moon.
And Since then Lord Ganesha is called Ekdanta. Ganesha in addition cursed the moon that Persons who Looked at the moon on Ganesha’s Birthday that is Ganesh Chaturthi they would go through lot of Hardships and would be accused of bad deeds even not if the personnel are not responsible for the deeds, People stay away from looking at the moon on Ganesh Chaturthi.

material things in world and has the highest level of spirituality. Shiva is
also known as the destroyer of ego and urges towards material things in world

Krishna: lord Krishna can said as the god of masses, especially
very famous among st the younger generation of the world as Lord Krishna is

Legend
has that God Ganesh was made out of flour dough used by mother Parvati for her
Bath. The Mother Parvati required a
door-keeper, to stop any inward of any sort while she was having her bath. And
hence the dough made ganesh was breathed to life and was instructed to stand
Guard and Mother Parvati was having her bath. At the same time as Goddess Mother Parvati
was taking her bath, Lord Shiva visits her. Lord Ganesh not knowing Lord Shiva
as his father refrains him to enter the house. Lord Shiva easily irritable was
very annoyed and he beheaded Bal Ganesh with his Trishool.
The head was replaced with head of a Elephant head in a while Later, when Lord
shiva came to know the truth, and hence
the name of Elephant God.
