Medaram Sammakka Saralamma Jatara is one of the biggest tribal festivals celebrated in the world in Warangal District of Telangana Region - Andhra Pradesh State -  India

It is being celebrated in the honor of goddesses Sammakka & Saralamma, it is celebrated once in every two years for four days, during the time people offer jaggery equal to the weight of goddesses and it is the festival which is celebrated without the influence of Brahmans

Goats & Hens are offered to the goddess in return by the devotees in Gratitude for fulfilling their wishes, Goats are sacrificed on a mass scale and liquor is also consumed to celebrate
