OM in Linguistic Meaning:

According to the Vedas, and Sanskrit word "OM" is "avati" or "raksati"

Raksati Mean "One Who Protects, Sustains" which means to say everything that Sustains is "OM"

It is the shortest of Mantras in Indian tradition in single word suggestive of God, or can be called as the One Word to say and remember God

OM is written with the combination of three letters "AUM" Representing Three gods

A - Brahma

U - Vishnu

M - Siva

Chanting of Om is believed to be very effective in Hinduism as its vibration and resonance creates positive effects in the Human Body.
